Using braiding hair I created 5 styles that can be created in 10 minutes or less. Even if you are not able to do more complex styles like box braids or twists, braiding hair can be useful for quickly creating styles that look gorgeous without very much effort.
Braiding hair has been my go to for sometime now. Throughout the week it’s low maintenance and it never fails to give me a look I love.
To achieve these styles I normally just wash my hair, use an ample amount of my Curl Elixir for hold and Safflower Whipped Shea to seal, then tie my hair down with a scarf. This works to mold my hair down and give it a sleek look. Then I simply pin and place my braiding hair into either an updo bun or low bun.
For this post I had a little fun and did some styles that I wouldn’t normally wear. I had fun rocking these space buns, but on the regular, it’s not my typical style choice. It was fun playing dress up and getting creative with the simple styles you can do with braiding hair.
Once you have washed your hair and molded it down all the hard work is out of the way! Simply braid your hair, pin how you like it, and make sure your natural hair is neatly tucked away. That’s all you have to do to get gorgeous in no time!
Our braiding hair is pre-stretched, chemical free, beautiful and black-woman owned. This hair can be used to create simple styles like the ones shown above or box braids, crochet braids, twists, and more!
